Provisional Educational Services, Incorporated, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational facility offering a variety of educational and employment services through the PAL Center.

The PAL Center challenges culturally diverse populations to be academically excellent, employed, and successful citizens. Minds are challenged and lives are changed.
